The Timings
From 12.30 p.m. till 10 p.m. Sulafest partygoers can enjoy a pageant of great music, wine, food and shopping in the idyllic environs of the winery's beautiful open-air, Greek-style amphitheater. Spicing up a great musical line-up will be the 'Sulafest Bazaar' with a selection of carefully chosen andcharming items for sale. Further, foot massages, tattoos, grape stomping and a plethora of fun filled activities will round off the event.
Please take the printout of the confirmation email or confirmation screen and show at gate to exchange for the entry passes to event. For those booking passes + hotel pacakge,we will email you hotel reservation details separately in 24 hours of your order (except sunday).Please carry your proof of age & photo-ID. The hotel package includes the passes for event + 1N stay on 4th Feb 2012 or 5th Feb 2012 for those booking for Sunday pass at a hotel in Nashik & all taxes. Persons under 18 years of age not allowed entry to the event.

- The bookings done for all events are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable.
- Please note that BLACK GRAPE HOLIDAYS is a online selling platform for holidays and events including the new year events. We have no control over the quality, content, entertainment, food and other aspects of the actual event and any queries/complaints about this must be taken up with the organizers directly.
- For those booking a event with accommodation please note that rooms offered will be Twin or Double based on availability. No transport or transfer to/from hotel to party venue not included.
- Entrance to all events is subject to organizers T&C's.
